DRUGS / ALCOHOL ARE NOT PERMITTED PRIOR TO OR DURING A TOUR.
(Clients suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or substances will be denied admission).

There are limited toilet facilities available during the tour. It is advisable to use these facilities prior to commencement of tour, as it is not possible for clients to leave the group once the tour has commenced.
*EVENT RULES*
All clients agree to abide by the following:
Partaking in any activity is at your own risk.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission for any reason.
Clients engaging in inappropriate behaviour will be removed and will not be offered a refund.
Children aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Clients engaging in criminal offences such as stealing, deliberately damaging or vandalising sites will be removed and may face prosecution.
Respect the role/authority of Host/s, Guide/s and TourAssistant/s.
Proof of age or other identification may be required upon request for any clients claiming concessions.
We reserve the right to change an itinerary and/or Host / Guide without notice.
We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen property.
Photographic cameras are permitted during the course of the event, although to create atmosphere and to prevent blinding other clients and our staff, we ask that clients refrain from using cameras whilst hosts/guides are speaking.
Video cameras and recording devices of any sort are NOT permitted at any time.
All tours, stories, tales etc are the intellectual property of Jack Sim and Boggo Road Gaol Pty Ltd and may not be recorded or reproduced in any form without written permission prior to the commencement of the event.
Respect other client's experiences.
Respect the historic sites visited.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to any child or person whom is deemed to be at risk from the material presented.
*HEALTH & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS*
Bring umbrellas/raincoats in wet weather.
Hats are strongly recommended for daytime tours in summer months.
A plastic bottle of water/soft drink is recommended for tour clients (required at all times during warmer months and or if suffering of low blood sugar levels i.e. diabetic).
Flash cameras (and Torches) can cause blindness when shone in someone's eyes in a dark environment. Anyone found to be deliberately doing this will be immediately removed - No refund granted.
Do not touch locks, doors and gates.
Taller clients should exercise care when entering the cells, yards, rooms and buildings (mind your heads).
Clients with a fear of confined spaces should not enter cells, yards and rooms alone.
Smoking is not permitted at any time during the tour.
The consumption of alcohol and or the use of illegal substances are not permitted BEFORE or DURING a tour, any client believed to be intoxicated, inebriated, or otherwise under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol will not be admitted - No refund granted. No exceptions.
Knives, sharp implements, weapons, pens, pencils, permanent markers, glass bottles, cans and hot food, are strictly not permitted.
Loitering at sites at the conclusion of tour is not permitted.
Switch off mobile phones during tours.
Limit noise during tours.
We strongly recommend that clients with the following medical conditions seek medical advice before undertaking tours:
Pregnancy
Strained / injured muscles
Recent surgery
High blood pressure
Asthma
Previous heart attacks
Weak bladders/bowels
Difficulties with standing/walking disstances
Difficulties ascending and descending stairs
